How can I pay for my purchases?
You can choose between various payment methods. All payments are encrypted and any saved payment details are not saved on our site, but with your preferred payment provider.

Debit or Credit Card
Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Payments with debit cards will be charged in real time.

To pay via PayPal, select this payment method and click on 'Confirm payment'. You will then be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment.

Apple Pay or Google Pay
To pay via Apple Pay or Google Pay, select your preferred payment method and click on 'Confirm payment'. You will then be redirected to log in to the respective account to proceed with the payment.

Paypal Express
Save time on future purchases by linking your PayPal account to your MUNKEN account. This way, you will not have to re-enter your PayPal account details. To link the two accounts, select PayPal as the payment method and select ‘Remember PayPal details for future purchases’. You will then be redirected to the payment gateway to complete the linking procedure.
I have a discount code. How do I use it on my purchase?
When you're ready to place your order, head over to your shopping cart. Check that your orders are correct, then click the ‘Checkout’ button, or select your preferred payment method (no payment will be made yet - this will simply enter your saved information, if any). On the Information page, you will find the discount code entry field on the right, where you can enter your code and apply it to your purchase.

Please note that only one promotional code may be used per purchase.
Why is my discount code not working?
We are sorry you are having trouble checking out. Please note that some discount codes require users to create an account and be logged in upon checkout. If that doesn't work, you may not have met the minimum order value of that discount code.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We work hard to have your orders delivered to you within the shortest amount of time. Once payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order details at

Please note that we cannot make changes to or cancel your order if your order is marked as "fulfilled". You can see the status of your order on your account page upon login.
Will I have to pay VAT or customs duties?
All product prices displayed are exclusive of taxes and duties, as well as GST/VAT. We ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means Taxes and Duties are calculated upon arrival to your country of destination and will vary depending on your order value and the items purchased. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipment with DHL. Please obtain a quote from us before placing an order by chatting with us or dropping us an email. Ordinarily, an expedited order can be received in as little as 6 - 12 days.
Where is my order?
While your order is being processed, a tracking number will be generated and sent to you via email. You may use this tracking number to see the status of your shipment here. If no information is available, it is likely that your order is still being processed. This generally takes about 3 - 5 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for the latest tracking updates to be reflected on our site.
Why am I not receiving any notifications about my order?
Check your junk/spam folder, or the Promotions tab in your inbox. If you cannot find our email anywhere, simply whitelist and leave us a message on the live chat, so that we may re-send your order confirmation email.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will be split into separate shipments due to weight or shipping restrictions installed by carriers. In these instances, you will receive tracking codes for each shipment. To see how your orders have been split, simply log in to your account and click on your order ID. If you made your purchase as a guest, simply open the order confirmation email sent to you and click on the "View Order Status" button.

Can I exchange/return my order?
Shipping goods back and forth contributes to the acceleration of climate change. We try our best to mitigate this by only offering replacements and refunds. So if the order you received is wrong or damaged, you get to keep the initial product and get a replacement or refund. Simply contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at with your order issue + an image of your order, and we will review the situation immediately.
