MUNKEN is responsible for delivering the order to the shipping address provided; we are not liable if the order is lost or stolen after the item has been delivered, so please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment. MUNKEN is not liable if inaccurate shipping information is provided at checkout, so please ensure that all shipping details are 100% complete and correct before placing your order.
Please contact us with images and descriptions detailing the damages within 2 days of receiving your order at email@example.com to allow us time to process your request. If the products are deemed damaged in transit we will either arrange for a replacement or, if a replacement is not available and the product is unusable, offer a product refund. If the product is deemed partially damaged but still usable, we may offer a partial refund within reason.
For faulty electrical products without a warranty, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org to allow us time to process your request.
For faulty products that come with a warranty, please contact us within the warranty period. Please note that all electrical fittings must be installed by a qualified electrician and any replacement requests will require evidence of such electrician. In the event that the product is faulty and the fault cannot be rectified, we will either offer a complete replacement or, if a replacement is unavailable, offer a product refund. Please understand that any requests beyond the warranty period cannot be processed.
In the unlikely event that, after more than 40 days from the date of purchase, your order is lacking tracking information, in transit or pending, please contact us at email@example.com. It is likely that a failed delivery attempt was made or your parcel is held up at customs. In such cases, we will provide you with a local tracking number with which you can contact your local post office, so that they may locate your parcel.
MUNKEN is not liable if the delivery was prevented or delayed by reasons that are beyond our control, such as inaccurate shipping addresses, failed delivery attempts, customs inspections, carrier mishaps, pandemic or bad weather. If the delay is a result of a fault on our part, we will offer a partial refund within reason.
MUNKEN is not liable in the unlikely event that your order status is Delivered, but you have not received it. In such a case, please contact us for a local tracking number. With this local tracking number, your local post office may be able to locate your parcel.

Only regular-priced items may be replaced or refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Please choose carefully as refunds cannot be made if you change your mind or order incorrectly. We request that you check all specifications carefully (color, size, etc.) before placing an order. In the event that you do make a mistake in your order placement, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. If your order has been marked as "fulfilled", it can no longer be amended or cancelled.
Refunds will only be made on the cost of the affected product(s); all other products in the same order as well as shipping costs will not be refunded.

If your order is eligible for replacement, we will arrange for a new shipment to be made and provide you with an email confirming this.
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
