Unfortunately, you cannot combine points redemption codes with other discount codes. All promotions and discounts can only be applied exclusively.
My points don’t appear to be updated?
Reward points can take up to 48 hours to appear in your account. Please ensure you complete any rewardable tasks through the Rewards widget at the bottom right of the page, while logged into your account. If your points do not appear within 48 hours, please reach out to us at support@munken.co.
I have two MUNKEN accounts, can I merge their reward points together?
Unfortunately, reward points cannot be shared across accounts.

Only verified reviews can be awarded points. In order for your review to be verified, the email provided in the review must match up with the email used during purchase.
What happens to my points when I'm refunded for my order?
When you are refunded on an order for which points were awarded, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
Will I still get points on a purchase if I paid using points?
You do not earn points on the portion of a transaction where the points were used. However, if applicable, you can earn points on the remaining balance of eligible products.
